Delivery times are estimates and provided as guidelines only. Please note that in some areas there is a limited range of delivery services available. We will endeavor to send your order out as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. During the sale and holiday periods, the large amount of orders can result in longer delivery times.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon entry into the country of destination over which we are unaware. MOI&SASS cannot be held accountable for any of these customs duties and import taxes. You should contact your local authorities to take notice of these fees and the respective values that differ from country to country and over which we have no knowledge. It will be your sole responsibility to claim such import charges back from the applicable authority in your country.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges & Refunds
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
The costs and risks pertaining to the return of Product(s) are borne by the sender. MOI&SASS is not responsible for the refund any import tax/duty that your order may have incurred for returned items. MOI&SASS cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the returned parcel.
All items purchased on promotion are considered Final Sale, and cannot be refund or returned.
