Returns & Refunds

Holiday Return Extension: Orders placed between November 18thare eligible to be returned until 1/31/25.

RETURN POLICY
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in perfect, unused condition, with original packaging (including boxes and dust bags) and tags attached. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, or are missing their original packaging.

HOW TO RETURN:

2. Follow the provided instructions carefully; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
3. You will receive a prepaid return label with the instructions to return your package via email.

RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES:
- The cost of the prepaid return label will be deducted from your refund.
- For international returns, any local taxes and duties that apply, will be the responsibility of the customer.

REFUND POLICY
- Refunds may take up to 15 days from the date we receive your returned item.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and will exclude shipping costs.
- You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
- Please note, sale items shipped outside the EU are final sale and non-refundable.

EXCHANGES
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item or color, please return your order for a refund and place a new order on our website. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

MOI&SASS is not responsible for any import taxes or duties incurred on returned items. We are also not liable for loss, theft, or damage during the return process.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@moiandsass.com immediately. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund. In such cases, MOI&SASS will cover both the shipping and return costs.

SALE ITEMS
Items purchased during promotions or sales are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

PRODUCT COLOURS
We strive to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in device displays, we cannot guarantee that the colours will appear exactly the same on all screens.
