Returns & Refunds

RETURN POLICY
- Customers have a 14-day return window after receiving your item.
- All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging (including boxes and dust bags) with tags still attached. We are are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damaged - scratched, worn or not in their original packaging.

PROCESS FOR RETURNS:
- Please return your items in the following link: e.amphoralogistics.com/MOIANDSASS
- Items must be returned as per the instructions; unrequested returns will not be accepted.
- You will receive a prepaid return label with the instructions to return your package.

CHARGES FOR RETURN SHIPPING

*Please note: Prepaid label will be deducted from your refund:

- Spain: 10€
- France, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Netherlands: 16€
- UK, Switzerland and other EU countries : 25€
- Rest of the world: The shipping costs to return an item to the rest of the countries will be the same as those you paid when placing your order. International shipments may be subject to local tax and duties upon arrival, which are payable by customers.

MOI&SASS cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the returned parcel.

REFUND POLICY
- The refund process may take up to 15 days from the receipt of the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and will not include shipping costs.
- Customers will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.
- Please note that sale items are considered final sale and are non-refundable when shipped outside the EU.

EXCHANGES
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges on our website, only returns. You will therefore first need to return your order. Your bag will be refunded, however, the shipping fees are at your expense.

If you would like another color or style, we invite you to place a new order. You will then be able to choose and purchase the bag of your choice.

The costs and risks pertaining to the return of Product(s) are borne by the sender. MOI&SASS is not responsible for the refund any import tax/duty that your order may have incurred for returned items. MOI&SASS cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the returned parcel.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at info@moiandsass.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In such cases MOI&SASS shall bear the costs of both shipping and return.

SALES
All items purchased on promotion are considered Final Sale, and cannot be refund or returned.
