Shipping

Orders are processed the following business days Monday through Friday. When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmatory email.  

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order. The amount of shipping fees for one bag are:

• € 6,50 a delivery in Spain.
• € 8 for a delivery in Portugal
• €17 for a delivery in Mallorca and Baleares
•  €12 for delivery to Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy
•  €25 for a delivery to the UK
• €25 for a delivery to the Rest of CE (Austria, Bulgaria, Chipre, Dinamarca, Eslovaquia, Eslovenia, Estonia, Finlandia, Gracia, Hungría, Irlanda, Letonia, Lituania, Luxemburgo, Malta, Polonia, República Checa, Rumanía y Suecia)-
• €45 Rest of Europe (Bielorusia, Bosnia, Croacia, Georgia, Islandia, Macedonia, Moldavia, Montenegro, Noruega, Rusia, Suiza, Servia, Turquía y Ucranía)

 DELIVERY TIMES:

Delivery times are estimates and provided as guidelines only. Please note that in some areas there is a limited range of delivery services available. We will endeavour to send your order out as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. During the sale and holiday periods, the large amount of orders can result in longer delivery times.

When placing your order please ensure that the Billing and Shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect. Please note MOI&SASS is not responsible for any incorrect address at checkout and any addition costs that arise out of this. 

International shipments are sent (Delivery Duties Unpaid). Any duties and taxes are the clients responsibility to incurre. MOI&SASS cannot be held accountable for any of these customs duties and import taxes.

In Instances where the duties and taxes are refused and the parcel is returned to MOI&SASS, a return shipping and tax fee will be deducted from the refund amount. 

We recommend contacting local custom office to take notice of these fees and the respective values that differ from country to country and over which we have no knowledge.

PRE-ORDER INFORMATION:

• Shipping Timeline: Pre-order timelines will be noted on the product page. Please note these are estimates, and slight delays may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.
• Contacting Us: Please wait at least 6 weeks after placing your order before inquiring about shipment. Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.
• Address Changes: If you need to update your shipping address, email us your order number.
• Returns & Cancellations: Returns or cancellations are accepted. Notify us within 1 week before our delivery.
