Orders are processed the following business day. We ship Monday through Friday. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order. Fees for one bag:

Delivery times are estimates and are provided as a guideline only. We will always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by remote locations or adverse weather conditions. During sale and holiday periods, higher order volumes may result in slightly longer delivery times.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All applicable duties and taxes are included in the final price — no additional charges upon delivery.
Please ensure that your billing and shipping address details are correct at checkout, as we are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. MOI&SASS is not responsible for any costs arising from an incorrect address being entered at the time of purchase.
PRE-ORDER INFORMATION
- Shipping timeline: Estimated delivery windows for pre-order items are indicated on the product page. Please note these are estimates; slight delays may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.
- Order enquiries: Please allow at least 6 weeks after placing your pre-order before contacting us about shipment status. Tracking details will be sent by email once your order ships.
- Address changes: If you need to update your shipping address, please email us with your order number.
- Returns & cancellations: Returns and cancellations are accepted. Please notify us at least 1 week before your estimated delivery date.
